Description
Pearl Lake State Park lies amidst the lands of the Routt National Forest north of Steamboat Springs and west of the Continental Divide. It features a 167 surface-acre lake, and draws most of its visitors for trout fishing. The following are special restrictions on fishing at Pearl Lake: artificial flies and lures must be used, all trout under 14 inches must be returned to the lake. Please check at the Steamboat Lake visitor center to obtain specific regulations. The facilities in the park include one campground with 40 sites. Large motor homes cannot be accommodated here, but smaller camping vehicles can enjoy sites with a table, grill and vault toilets. South of the campground is a boat ramp and a fishing trail, that leads around the lake.
