Located in the scenic Berkshires region of Massachusetts, Prospect Lake is a destination that appeals to campers of all species. I first discovered this park on my way north after spending the winter "down south." I'd gotten separated from my duck friends on the return trip, but it turned out to be a lucky break. The Palmatier family, the campground hosts, were kind enough to take me in once I landed on the pristine water of Prospect Lake.
